My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Luna! This little girl came from a bad situation where she was very obviously not cared for properly. Dispite her past, she has a lot of spunk and personality! She has typical kitten energy and loves to play with humans and animals alike. You can always trust that little Luna will speak her mind and tells you how she feels. So much personality in such a little kitty! She has been through a proper quarantine, has her first round of shots, and is scheduled to get spayed in early January. Although she can not be officially adopted until after her spay, she can go to a foster-to-adopt home anytime before then as long as the foster-to-adopt is willing to take her to her future appointments in Trainor, PA.

More about this rescue

Visit our site at www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org if you are interested in one of our pets.

DPR was established in 2004 as a 501(c) non profit organize and an all volunteer rescue organization. We are not a shelter. We rescue both cats and dogs. We care for these pets in our foster homes until proper and stable homes are found through a multi-step adoption process. Our ultimate goal is to match families with our pets so that they live out their lives in loving, educated, safe homes for the remainder of their lives. Our additional goals in rescue are to educate the public in the importance of spaying/neutering and exposing the truth behind pet store puppys and the horrors of puppy mills.
