Mable is a 7-year old Schnauzer/Terrier mix weighing 26 pounds. She came to the shelter as an owner surrender. Mable is a happy, sweet girl with a great personality. She is very affectionate, quick to cuddle and loves to be with her people. Once she relaxes from the stress of the shelter in her new home she loves to play and loves toys. And treats are her favorite! Loves water, will play in it! Very smart, knows commands sit, shake, high five, roll over, and up. She's a great mix of active and chill. Loves to go on walks and will follow her nose, needs leash training. Housebroken. Good with children over 5 who are respectful of her. She does well with strangers, friendly with everyone she meets. Has been known to dig when left unsupervised. Good protector. Did well with groomer for bath & hair cut.
Her adoption fee is $150, this includes her spay, heartworm test, vaccines current, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $21.00.
Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm. Once you have visited the shelter, you are then eligible to submit an adoption application for review.
