Zumba is a sweet and calm girl! She is good with people, gentle with children, and does well with other dogs. She is doing well in her foster home and ready for her forever home. Zumba started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining. She rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands. Zumba is a wonderful dog and will make a good family dog.

Zumba’s Rescue Story

Zumba was rescued from a government shelter before her time was up. Shelters across the island were completely full and every week, there is a list of dogs that will be thrown back to the streets to live as homeless dogs. A kind volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help save them. The founder of the rescue organization has over 180 dogs waiting for homes. However, she could not bear to see them going back to the streets to suffer. She agreed to take them home and give them a chance in life.

Zumba had a thorough medical checkup. She had been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests. Please give Zumba a loving home where she will never be left behind again.
