My name is Momma Dog!

I was driving home one day early last week from work, and I spotted this skinny momma dog roaming a neighborhood and looking for food. I felt so bad for it, and so I got down and fed it some food. I then discovered 5 of its 8-12 week old puppies at an abandoned home in the backyard. A neighbor told me that the dog had been abandoned by the owners of the house about 2 months ago. The owners moved out and left the momma dog and puppies behind. The neighbor's sister and I have been taking turns feeding the momma dog and her puppies one time a day, as we do not live in the same city where the dogs are at currently. The momma dog looks to be about 2 years in age. She is approachable and allows me to feed her and her puppies without issues. The momma dog eats wet canned food and dry dog food. She is skinny at this time but is being fed and given water.
