My name is Peanut!

Found a Peanut, Found a Peanut, Found a Peanut, Just Now…..what a JOY! This little nugget of a girl, has spunk, confidence, and sweetness all wrapped together in her little white and black fluff suit. Not afraid of her adult foster cat brothers, struts confidently across the floor to steal some food from the “adult cat” dishes. Just look at her right and she’ll look at you “just so” and snuggle into you for a sweet nap. Almost a foster fail (meaning I almost had ot adopt her). This little girl will melt your heart and bring happiness to her new home.

Meet Peanut and her friends, Georgie and Hello at Petsmart, Bleachery Blvd, during our weekly adoption event on Saturday, 12-4pm.  All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly fleap preventative.  

All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.

Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
