Hi, I’m David and I’m new here. I just moved up here from Kentucky recently to start a new life. My siblings and mommy already did and I was told it’s my turn now. They all beat me to finding a forever home because I was what they considered the “runt” of the litter (whatever that means).
I’m just about 11 weeks old now, and between 5-6 lbs. My foster mom says I have a lot of growing to do to catch up to my siblings who are over 10lbs now, which is fine with me because I LOVE to eat.
Because of my needs as a baby, I have become quite the Velcro dog but I am trying my best to become an independent boy. Cuddling is my absolute favorite activity, but I’m learning that the crate isn’t so terrible, especially when there is some quiet music being played and I have my stuffie to sleep with. Since it’s been so cold outside , I have learned to use a grass mat to potty on inside, and will now run to it when I have to go!
I love all the big dogs in my foster house, and I don’t mind the cats, even though the one likes to sit on me and thinks my wagging tail is a toy Overall, I think I would adapt to any loving house with my outgoing personality, and my will to live! Could you possibly be that family?!
