My name is Polly!

She had 5 other owners before me 2 being a family member and I know before my uncle (who found her first) had rescued her from a shelter who had very abusive owners resulting in her fear of fire, loud noises. She is very alert and will protect you with her life when she gets to know you. She gets nervous around people who move really quickly like running or going to lunge at anyone she wants to protect. Despite being very protective she loves to cuddle a lot and will comfort you when she feels something is off with you, she wont leave your side until she knows you are feeling better and sometimes even brings you her favorite stuffy. She doesn't really play with toys, she just loves stuffed animals, mainly squish mellows. She also understands Spanish and English commands, but I have been training her to understand a bit more English. She loves her walks and playing in the sand or fields
