My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skib, Honey, Bear, Smokey and Teddy are siblings.  Skib has a big personality and an even bigger heart.  I’m a playful ball of energy who loves climbing and exploring secret hideouts. Whether it’s chasing toys or finding the perfect cozy nook, I’m always on the go—until it’s time to snuggle. My absolute favorite thing to do is cuddle up with someone I love, especially for a nap on their lap. I also enjoy eating wet food twice a day and never miss mealtime! At night, I sleep in a crate with my siblings, safe and sound. I’m a good sleeper, and I wake up refreshed and ready for more fun.I’m searching for a home where I can be my playful, affectionate self. If you love kitten cuddles, lap naps, and a sweet companion, I’m your guy! A family who will give me love and attention (and maybe a few good hiding spots!) would be my dream come true. If interested please fill out an application at EHRcats.org.

More about this rescue

Eleventh Hour Rescue, based in Morris County NJ, is a primarily volunteer run, no-kill rescue that saves animals on Death Row from high-kill shelters. Eleventh Hour Rescue dogs and cats are cared for by our compassionate and dedicated team of volunteers and staff. Whether in foster homes, our kennel or adoption centers, each dog and cat receives a clean and safe living environment, fresh food and water, medical attention, and most importantly an abundance of love and care until they find their FURever homes. We are dedicated to educating the community about the animal over-population problem and the importance of spaying and neutering. All funds go directly to supporting our animals and their needs. We are an eligible charity under federal code 501(c)3 founded in 2004.
