My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boo Boo is a very sweet, affectionate and playful 5 year old cat that loves people. He does have Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), but it is one of the most common infections in cats. There is no risk to humans, but does make Boo Boo more likely to contract other diseases. Cats with FIV can live normal, healthy lives with proper management. Boo Boo would do well as an "only" pet. Boo Boo is uneasy around dogs, but I think he could adjust to dogs given time. He was likely attacked by a dog as he has a slightly injured ear.

Boo Boo was set to be euthanized at our local shelter as they could not send him to an out-of-state rescue. I couldn’t let that happen so I have temporarily fostered him.
