Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Luka is a wonderful 3 year old, 65lb Shepherd/ American Pitbull mixed breed. He's very intelligent, very loving and loves to run and catch the frisbee. He's actually quite fast and quite good at it! He's been raised as an indoor dog and has been given lots of love. He does fine with other dogs in controlled settings like dog parks or doggy day camps. Out on the street though he can see other medium to large dogs as a threat. For this reason, we always use a choke collar with him out in public and on walks. He's very protective. He's suspicious of strangers but if he sees that you are comfortable with someone, he will be more relaxed around them.
He's a very fit dog with a handsome profile from nose to tail...deep chest, slim waist and those awesome shepherd ears. He's funny and loves to play and goof around. It breaks my heart to have to give him up.
I'm looking for someone who will love and protect him and give him plenty of exercise and can handle a dog his size. He deserves this.
