Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, I am Devin, a beautiful silvery gray boy with gorgeous green eyes that have hints of blue. I am a silly, playful boy who loves to purr!
I am 1 of 4 siblings that were rescued and started out at Animal Control but we were so little and still needed lots of care, so we were taken in by BTKR's amazing bottle feeders who took amazing care of us. When we were old enough we were moved to our new foster home, where we quickly found that there were even more amazing humans to love us along with lots of foster siblings to play with!
I want ALL the attention! I love to get all the pets, so if you are petting someone else, I don't care! I will push my head right under your hand and get my pets! I don't like to be held much but don't let that fool you, I still love ALL the attention and pets and will cuddle up next to you to snuggle! I love to sleep anywhere my sister is and with my foster parents - I also love to snuggle in bed with them at night.
I love the laser pointer, wands, fuzzy balls, and the ball tower. I sure love that ball tower! My favorite things are laying in the warm sunshine, wrestling and playing with my sister, and chasing the laser pointer or wands. I am super playful with my siblings and other fosters.
I love Fancy Feast Gravy and Purina One kitten dry food. I also love those Temptations treats, especially in the morning! I get along with other cats of all ages as my foster home has other fosters and resident cats, plus 13, 16, and 17 year old kids. I would not do well around small children or dogs.
Please see our rescue information for our adoption fees or email us at billythekiddenrescue@gmail.com.
‼️Help control the pet population - have your pets spayed or neutered! 💯

We have an adoption application to learn a bit about the home our cats will be going to and the family's motivation for adoption and expectations about pet ownership. We also have an adoption contract, which includes a no declawing and indoor-only clause along with a vet promissory note that ensures you will continue with the medical care and spay/neuter if needed.
We DO NOT do any out of state adoptions except on the NC border on a case-by-case basis.
We require a donation of $120 for adoption of unaltered kittens with a PTV Contract. All kittens receive vaccine series and wormings as well as medical treatment as needed. The adopter is responsible for obtaining their rabies vaccine and spay/neuter if the kitten is not of age at the time of adoption. We can provide resources for low cost clinics that offer these services.
We ask a donation of $25 to adopt Career/barn cats.
We require a donation of at least $140 for adoption of Spayed/neutered cat.
Bonded pairs adoption donation is $200.
Sometimes we require rental checks or home inspections. We always have a Meet n Greet to make sure everyone gets along. We encourage bringing the whole family!

More about this rescue
Our mission is to improve the lives of displaced cats and reduce feral cat population in Hampton Roads by socializing outdoor-born and feral kittens for adoption into loving forever homes. We are a VDACS registered 501c3 nonprofit, founded in 2014 with over 60 foster homes.
Our heart is in TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return of ferals), where cats are fixed, vaccinated, ear tipped, and allowed to live out their lives without reproducing. We are advocates for advancing legal and social acceptance of TNR in Hampton Roads. Our unique feral kitten socialization program has a 90% success rate in socializing feral-born kittens to become loving, in-home pets.
We are always seeking fosters, volunteers, transporters, and trappers to join our team!
We also appreciate donations! Find our most needed items
