Looking for a cuddly cat? Baby Boo is your kitten. She loves to snuggle and will often jump up and fall asleep on a human lap or chest while watching TV on the couch in the evenings. At night, she adores falling asleep in the bed next to her beloved humans.

Not only is she incredibly cuddly, Baby Boo is also extremely energetic and playful. She's great with meeting strangers and new faces. She also offers a kitty drying service, where she will help lick the water off your legs and feet after a shower, which is pretty adorable.

Must be adopted with her beloved brother Acorn, or with an existing feline companion in the home.

1.
Submit Application

Before submitting an application, we ask that you review the information on cat care and our policies here: https://www.vokra.ca/adopt

2.
Interview

Our adoption counsellors focus on educating our adopters on cat care. Once approved, they use a matching process to find your perfect pet.

3.
Meet the Pet

When you find a kitty you like, you will arrange an appointment with the foster home - where the kitty feels most comfortable and confident.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Our adoptions contract process includes reviewing critical cat care information and providing contacts for post-adoption advice.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Woo hoo! You will be expected to take the kitty to a free post-adoption vet check within 2 weeks, and follow up on any required vet care.

Additional adoption info

Each year more than 1,400 cats and kittens are adopted through VOKRA. We're always here after the adoption if you need ongoing advice.

Response times can vary, depending on the time of year and available volunteer resources. Applications and help requests for non-emergency issues will usually receive a response in 1-3 days.
