My name is Mala!

Hi, my name is Mala and I'm a heeler mix. I'm about a year old and a really good girl!! I was a roadside rescue, so my history is unknown. I'm super friendly and I love laps so maybe somebody loved me once. I weigh 30 lbs but I'm adding some weight after being hungry for so long. I LOVE to run and play fetch and I don't even hog the ball! My foster mom has been teaching me to walk on a leash and I'm pretty good with "sit" but "stay" is still a little hard. I'm bffs with her dog and we have a great time chasing each other and wrestling in the yard. I haven't chased her cats, but they don't stick around long so I don't really know how I feel about them. I have been adapting very well with my fosters mom dog and much more comfortable sharing my space. I am no longer having accidents and will do my business outside on leash. I'm very attentive to you and will even walk right by your side without a leash. I'm really smart and I need lots of exercise and playtime in a yard!
