I was found stray in the Skagit County area. Do you recognize me? Orginaly adopted from an animal shelter he was later abandon/lost and now is just looking for a family to call his own. His orginal people moved out of State and the home that took on faded away, reasons unknown. Jasper/Victor beautiful Senior Citizen Kitty needs a his last lap to call his own, Could you be that lap?
