Hello! My name is Scrappy and I am told that my unique gray and gold striped brindle coat makes me an especially handsome boy! I am looking for a furever family who likes to throw balls for me to chase, likes taking walks and enjoys the great outdoors, and is looking for a friend to cuddle up with! I am in a foster home with kids and other dogs and we are having a ball! But one of my favorite things is to follow people wherever they might go. My foster Mom says that I will make a loyal friend and a great companion. I do great at night sleeping in my crate without a peep. And when the urge to go out strikes, I will let out the cutest like yeow to let you know! Like all puppies, I am looking for a home that will be patient with me while we work on my home life skills together and have lots of love to share, If you would like to meet me, please fill out a pre adoption application and a CDR volunteer will get back to you as quick as they can!

We do not adopt out on first-come/first-serve basis. An application must be filled out and a home check done prior to adopting one of our puppies or dogs.

******Chicagoland Dog Rescue reserves the right to restrict adoption of a dog to potential adopters who live within a fifty (50) mile radius of Schaumburg, IL*****

Puppies up to 7 Mos. $525. Includes all puppy vaccinations, including rabies, heartworm check, microchip, and spay/neuter (at 6 mos. of age). It does NOT include the necessary bloodwork prior to the spay/neuter.

Adult Dogs 7 Mos. & Up $400-450. Includes all vaccinations, microchip & spay/neuter. It does NOT include necessary bloodwork prior to spay/neuter.

Senior dogs-8+ $300.00. Includes all vaccinations, microchip & spay/neuter. It does NOT include necessary bloodwork prior to spay/neuter.

Bonded pairs-$700-$800
Includes all vaccinations, microchip & spay/neuter. It does NOT include necessary bloodwork prior to spay/neuter.

CDR also offer FREE training classes for the LIFETIME of the dog if you adopt from us. Structured puppy classes are available and socialization classes for older dogs as well. We also offer these classes to dogs not adopted from us for a fee - 100% of training fee goes to our rescued dogs! Our trainers volunteer their time!! Check our website for times/locations.

With very limited resources we vaccinate, socialize, and place dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes into homes as quickly as possible.
