Meet Goose, a sweet, resilient girl ready for a second chance. I found her emaciated, covered in fleas and ticks, and very skittish, clearly abandoned and neglected. Despite this, she is incredibly loving and gentle, especially with other dogs and cats. She's been to the vet, started deworming and flea treatments, and is already making progress.
She loves being around people and dogs, sleeps soundly now that she feels safe, and learned 'sit' just a couple of days, she's so smart! She's not potty trained yet, likely due to her tough past, but she is trying as we work with her. Outside, she's still nervous and pulls on the leash, but with patience, she'll gain confidence.
We are looking for a safe, loving home away from her trauma where she can heal and thrive. She deserves a fresh start and a family to cherish her sweet spirit. Could you be her happy ending?
