My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maya is an adorable 3 year old spayed female Pitbull mix that is ready for adventure! This pretty girl came to us when her family could no longer care for her and we are so happy to help her find her forever home. Maya should do well in a home with kids and possibly friendly dogs and cats! Maya is a bit nervous when first meeting new friends and we recommend any dog or cat introductions be done slowly and with lots of treats! Maya got to spend Thanksgiving with one of our volunteers and they said she did really well. She rode in a car and got to explore Denver and went on a bunch of walks. She loves to snuggle and will definitely be a couch potato after a long hike or walk!
Don`t miss out on this sweetheart, she will steal your heart with her wonderful personality.

We are a small shelter and are considered socially conscious, which means we are "no-kill" for space. We are always looking for volunteers, foster homes, and item donations.
