Dolly is currently in foster care and ready for adoption! To begin the process, please submit an adoption survey and the team will reach out via email to schedule a counseling call (please check spam). For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org.
Dolly is a 2-year-old brown tabby and white female with a sweet and gentle disposition. She enjoys spending time with people and is always ready to share her affection. Dolly is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loving, calm kitty.
Dolly already seems quite comfortable in her foster home. When she first arrived, she was very curious and wanted to check out everything in the apartment, and she found a couple hiding spots she enjoyed. Close to 2 days in, she's still curious, but she's more comfortable being out in the open and is very happy when she can be around humans. She's always looking for treats and pets and loves to play with her string toy. Her foster says "She's affectionate, but not needy. She loves getting scratches and being around people, but she's also perfectly happy chilling on her own while I'm working.". She is very inquisitive and likes being around people, even total strangers. She is sweet, gentle, and talkative (with the cutest little meows!) and loves to eat and play.
Dolly is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and has received preventative treatments to ensure she's healthy and ready to find her forever home. Come meet Dolly and see if she's the perfect fit for your family!
*Please note we do not hold animals for adoption*
