My name is Rufus!

Rufus is a loving pup who is looking for his forever home. Back story on Rufus: My son was living with a roommate and one day a "friend" of the roommate's showed up with Rufus. The man stated he no longer wanted Rufus and had decided to abandon the pup in the desert outside of town. My son agreed to take Rufus in and foster him until a new home is found. Since then, my son has had to move back home. We live in a rental and already have 2 dogs. Our landlord has agreed to extend us 2 months to continue to work on rehoming Rufus as we cannot have another animal. Since Rufus has been in our care he has gained weight (was significantly underweight when received), is up to date on all vaccines, has been nurtured and microchipped. The vet believes Rufus is a Boxer mix and approx. 1-2 years old. He has lots of energy during the day and loves to play with our other dogs. At night he loves to cuddle up with people and relax. He is such a sweet boy.
