Nutmeg is one of a litter of 6 puppies that came to us along with their mama. Mom looks like an American bulldog/pitbull mix. She is so gentle and sweet and loves being around people. Dad is believed to be a mastiff/rottweiler mix. Nutmeg is the smallest of the litter, so he may not grow to be quite as big as his siblings, but since being with us and having access to all the food he needs he is definitely catching up with his siblings!

More about this shelter

We are a small rescue located in the country outside of Winner, SD. We have a limited number of dogs in our care at any given time, which allows us to work with each of them individually in order to get a good feel for their personality and the kind of family/living situation they would thrive in. The dogs are available to meet any day of the week, but please reach out to coordinate a time. We appreciate your support, and thank you for considering adoption!
