Clarice (Claire) is a classically beautiful black kitten, born around Aug. 7. She can be a bit timid at first but warms up quickly with some sweet talk and treats. She especially loves being told how pretty such is and hears it so often from her foster mom that she's starting to think it's her name. Claire loves to play with toys of all kinds and just soaks up petting and attention, rewarding you with her adorable purr. Cozy fleece throws are also a sure way to win her heart. Claire does well with other cats and would love to be adopted with her brother Rudolph, or into a home with another young cat to pal around with. Will you be the special person to help Claire's dream of a home for the holidays come true? Adoption fee $75 or 2 for $125 - spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and negative for fiv/felv. Adoptions Events are held on Saturdays at the several local Petsmart and Petco stores. If you would like to meet a specific cat, please contact us ahead of time and we will bring the cat to the weekend event.

More about this rescue

Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.

Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.
