My story

AURORA - DSH, female, spayed, white & tabby, DOB Aug 13/17

Aurora enjoys chin and head scratches from a gentle hand.  She's best suited to a home with adults only or older teens and no other pets.  She loves watching bird videos and sit in the cat tree and watch the world go by.

Her requirements:

An independent girl that loves to be around people. She will let us know how far we can go! Respecting her terms is important in ensuring a happy coexistence.
She is very loving to those of us she trusts, she will rub against us and sit on our laps.
Aurora is an independent girl who loves being in your company, enjoys watching bird video's (see video), will play with wand toys and chase the laser. She enjoys laying in the cat tree next to us and keeps an eye on us to make sure we are always close by. She will ignore your dogs (if you have any). She apparently had exposure to dogs whilst in foster care and with a slow introduction should be fine with dogs that are cat friendly.
This girl has been through too much in her life. From coming to us as a last chance to finding her furever home only to be back with us at no fault of her own. Her previous owner unexpectedly passed away. She was then placed into foster care for a few months before coming to us.
Aurora prefers to be the only princess in the home but dogs are okay. She will insist having her feet remain planted on the ground (no picking up). Pets on her terms and she requires you to be marked by her before touching. She enjoys head scratches from a hand she knows. For her to show her affection she will insist on rubbing against you first.
Aurora is an independent girl but loves to have human company and will be a wonderful companion to her future family.
