Velma is the queen of sass and sweetness! This 12-week-old, 9 pound Rottweiler mix is the perfect mix of playful and curious, with her perky little ears giving away just how excited she is about the world. Don’t let her size fool you—she can hold her own in a wrestling match with her brothers and loves to explore and learn new things. Velma has been great with kids, big dogs, and has even met cats through the gate.

She’s ready to bring her spunky charm to a forever home. Her minimum adoption fee is $350 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

We are a not-for-profit, no-kill organization located in Central Illinois, whose primary focus is to find responsible, loving and permanent homes for the surrendered, abandoned, neglected or abused dogs from within our community. We do not discriminate based on a dog’s breed, age or health . We are a foster home based rescue; however, we also have a facility where dogs are cared for until foster placement or adoption.
