Meet Snickerdoodle! This little lady is a two-year-old Terrier mix who weighs about 6 lbs. She is a very sweet and sensitive pup. She is on the shy side but when she feels comfortable she comes out of her shell and loves to play with her toys. She sleeps in her bed but occasionally does like to sleep with her person. And belly rubs are always welcome!

The ideal home for Snickerdoodle will have lots of love, patience and understanding that she needs some time to feel safe and secure and settle in. But once she is comfortable she loves to follow you around and be involved in all your activities. She would do best in a home with a calm environment with adults only or older children where the people are home most of the time. Additional adoption info

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
