Blue is a 5 year old female blue tick coon hound mix. She is a shy and !oving dog and wants a master who will be at home with her most of the time. She has had some separation anxiety when left alone, but a big yard would cure that. Blue prefers adults and young adults. She wants to be the only dog in the house. Because of her breed ,we don't think cats would be a good idea. A big yard and acreage would be a great place for her. Or a nice big yard. Blue is house trained. Blue has become very sad lately because she hasn't found a home that works for her. She is a large dog that needs a home. Her beauty doesn't come through in photos. This is a dog that has a beautiful coat with markings.

More about this rescue
12 Hills Dog Rescue is a no-kill rescue taking in dogs that have been abused or abandoned. We began as a semi-retired couple, and added one part-time person to assist. In 2015 we applied and received our 501c3 non-profit status. We need volunteers to walk, brush and help socialize the dogs that we care for.
