My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I found atlas while at work . He was lying in front of a business in a horrible neighborhood on the westside of Jacksonville
He was obviously abandoned because of the conditions .He is a brindle pit bull. Possibly mixed but I’m not sure. He has not been neutered. He has a wound on his muzzle that is healing and a missing claw on his front left paw that will grow back.

I called animal services . I was ask to foster him for a little while due to insufficient room in shelter. The officer estimated his age around 5-6 months old. I have not taken him to the vet yet.

I work a lot and live by myself . I want to find a loving home for him where he has a family to look after him

I do not know if he is up to date on his shots . He is still a little weary of unfamiliar people but he is a sweet mild mannered puppy who needs a nurturing family.

Kind people only please.I do not want him to end up chained up or locked in an out door kennel just to be ignored and/or abused .
