My name is Mackenzie!

Mackenzie is a sweet, gentle & loving dog. She is good with all humans & dogs. She is great on the leash for walking. She howls with excitement when she knows a walk is coming 💗
Although we absolutely love Mackenzie & will miss her dearly, it would be best for her to be in a home without children or with an older adult who has some extra time on their hands so she gets the attention & routine she deserves.
She has some anxiety & needs routine and a mild antidepressant to help her thrive. Her anxiety manifests in hiding anywhere she can to feel safe. She prefers to be in small, secure & enclosed spaces such as a crate in a bathroom or laundry room when she gets stressed. Like most dogs, she is triggered by fireworks and any loud thunder type sounds. She is also sensitive to beeping from television shows that are censoring foul language.
For her safety, she needs a home with a secure yard or large property where she can roam free & come home after some exploring.
