Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOR ADOPTION: DOVE is a beautiful approximately 1 year old female that comes to us from a well know abandoned home in the Smithers area. Kind locals were able to take in the bolder and more confident cats from this large group and NWAS took in the remaining cats once we had room. Dove was one of the most timid and reserved of the group when she arrived at the shelter and she is still a fairly quiet and shy girl. Despite her fear, Dove has always been gentle and kind. We’ve put her on a calming supplement that has helped her relax into her life at the shelter and Dove is now a girl that appreciates gentle head scratches and soft cozy blankets. She is looking for a quiet, mature family that will be able to give her the patience and understanding she needs to blossom into her full self. Dove would do very well with a confident and affectionate feline friend to help show her the ropes in her new environment. Dove has had very limited interactions with dogs so far. She could learn to live with a calm dog that is indifferent towards cats but she would be just as happy without them in her life. Due to Dove’s timid nature she is looking for an indoor only home. She is spayed, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control. If you’ve been looking for a shy girl to bring out of her shell, apply today at www.NWAS.ca for a chance to meet DOVE. #NWASDove
