Penelope was found on a farm and is now ready to find her purrfect home! 🩷 She is around 2 months old, affectionate and a purring machine! 🤭
Penelope likes to play hard with others, so a cat buddy to play with is required.
Penelope believes everything is a toy! 😂 She loves catnip toys and has been known to play with dog bones! 🫣
Once she has tired herself out, she will seek a lap to snuggle on! 🥰 Penelope loves people and snuggling. 🩷
Penelope is food motivated, especially wet food! She will scarf it down like she's never eaten before! 🤣

OFR wants to be sure you and a prospective pet are the best match. We set-up meet and greets at the foster home to make sure it's love!

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Based in Rochester, NY our mission is to help animals find the right person to love and care for them. We rescue an estimated 550 dogs and 330 cats, annually, and that number is growing!
