My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alfredo is a 5-month-old Chihuahua mix as delightful as his namesake dish! Recently transferred from Fresno, this little guy is on the hunt for his forever home where he can share his cuddly, playful, and curious personality.

Alfredo adores snuggles and pets from his humans and loves playing with other dogs his size. He’s a curious explorer, always eager to check out the world around him, though he’s still getting the hang of walking on a leash.

If you’re looking for a sweet, playful pup to join your family, Alfredo might just be the perfect match. Come meet him today!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
