Fred is a Poodle mix who currently weighs around 16 pounds, and is believed to be seven or eight years young. He’s very playful, and loves to go on walks. He gets along great with people, and with other dogs, but we are unsure of cats. Fred hasn’t been around a lot of kids, but he should be fine if properly introduced to them, and if they are respectful of small dogs. He is housetrained and uses the doggy door. Hi, My name is Marianna. 15 years ago during my last trimester of my pregnancy, I have rescued 5 m old puppy pit bull, who was emaciated, locked in the shed, and under socialized. 2 weeks later, the puppy has prevented me from drifting into diabetic coma by waking me up while I was laying on the couch. I named him 2nd Chance, or Chancey, or Momma' Boy. As much as I have saved him, he has saved our then unborn daughter and also me.

When my daughter turned 5 months old, I have decided to start rescuing pit bulls from the public, and also, the shelters. My life has been changed forever by rescuing the most abused and neglected breed in US. I feel that now my life has a purpose. Today, I am a mom, Human Resources Professional, friend, and the Rescuer. I am honored to be able to rescue fur kids and find them great homes.
