Obi is a two-year-old, 66 lbs Newfoundland Dog mix who was surrendered to a city shelter through no fault of his own. Luckily, his Legacy Humane foster stepped up to take him into their home and he's now living the good life until adopted!
Obi is super smart and walks well on a leash. He knows sit, shake and stay, and is learning to play fetch. While he's great with medium and large dogs who are active and love to play, Obi shouldn't be in a home with small dogs, cats or children (teens are ok). He's just a happy, rough and tumble guy who may accidentally injure more fragile ones.
He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $275 and you can apply for him here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/
Adoption process includes application, screening, meet and greet, and adoption with five-day trial period.
