If you adopt this will come off your adoption fee. If you meet and it’s not a good fit you will be refunded. If you cancel or no show it’s non refundable.

**Meet and greets for approved applicants must happen within 3 days or the closest weekend (for long travelers). It’s in the dogs/puppies best interest to be placed into their furever homes in a timely fashion. All household members must attend the meet and greet.

Tank is the sweetest little pup! He sleeps well in his crate but will happily nap snuggled up at your side too. Tank wants nothing more than to please his people so while he does love treats, he’s just as happy with a head scratch and “good boy”. He has good recall because he never wants to be too far from his people! He’s great with other dogs. He has his bouts of puppy energy but otherwise is content going on short walks and following his people around the house. He’s a smart pup and caught on to sit, shake, lay down, spin around and wait very quickly. Tank would make a great addition to any home!

Additional adoption info

HFAH has a few requirements that need to be followed in the process of
adopting you new family member:

Completed, approved application on file
Home visit from a HFAH representative when at all possible
Telephone interview with the foster parent of dog that has been applied for
Scheduled meet & greet with ALL family members living in the prospective home (responsibility of adopters to come to dogs location)
Same day adoption at time of meet & greet is not guaranteed. This decision will be left up to the HFAH representative

Adoption Fees are as Follows:
Puppy (under a year) $350 fully vetted, $300 if not spayed/neutered
Adult (over a year) $350 fully vetted, $300 if not spayed/neutered

We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect.
