Take the Pet Home
This helps West Coast Paws Dog Rescue with pet care costs.
Hiya! My name is ELSA (and yes, my sister is Anna and yes, we are princesses). We are a BONDED PAIR and MUST go to a home together! Here is some info about me:
PHYSICAL INFO:
RESCUE STORY - I was found in the middle of the road with my sister, Anna. Our rescuer was on the way to work when she spotted us! We were only about a month old, so she took us with her to get us the help we needed! Since then, we have gone to work with our rescuer everyday. We love to play together (seriously, we love it!) so we need to be in a home together. We also get to go on these things they call "road trips". How cool is that! We love the car! We even get to go to restaurants down here in Mexico with our rescuer, so we get a lot of socialization. She is a super star and we are going to miss her so very much, but we know it means we are going to have an amazing life in the Pacific Northwest.
TEMPERAMENT - I'm told I am more friendly and outgoing when it comes to meeting new people than my sister, Anna! I like to help show her that not everyone is a meanie :) But, when we're alone, I am more calm than she is. She gets much more energetic when it's just the two of us! Little sisters, you know how it is. I love human company, too. When our rescuer takes us out, I love to be pet. I am also very athletic! I love to jump and play, and I have done some training. I would love to do an agility class to see if I am any good at it!
ENERGY LEVEL - High - I am a very energetic pup! I will need lots of mental and physical stimulation. I get a lot of that with my sister, but it would be so nice if our future family liked to adventure and go outdoors! We get to go to the doggy park almost every day right now and I love it.
GETS ALONG WITH:
PREY DRIVE - Unknown. I’m not too sure how I’ll react around squirrels/rabbits etc., so my adopter needs to be prepared and willing to train me through these behaviours, should they arise.
TRAINING:
Please Note: WCP highly encourages adopters to do some research and training on their own before their dog arrives.
HEALTH NOTES:
ADOPTION FEE:

The info included in each WCP bio is provided to us from the international rescuer. WCP does not have in-person access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions, although we ask for video proof of a dog's attributes wherever possible. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person(s) adopting them and the environment in which they live.
WCP is unable to guarantee the accuracy of a dogs age and/or breed. These are strictly "best guesses" based on veterinary exams and their educated estimates.
