My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Do you like your dog`s snuggly with a big bark?

Well meet Emery Rose! This girl LOVES to lean in for hugs and be with her favorite people! When meeting new humans, she does tend to give a bark or two but settles down quickly! Like your typical lab, her world revolves around fetch and food! She could entertain herself for hours with a chuck-it ball and is so smart she has figured out how to `Throw` the ball for herself to chase! Emery is a very smart girl who is extremely food motivated; she knows sit, her name, paw, is working on drop it and may need a refresher on leash manners. She walks well sometimes and gets excited to follow her nose the next!

Emery has previously lived with cats! We think she would continue to do well in a home with them. As for kids, due to some food possession, we believe she`d do best in a home with kids over the age of 12 yrs! Now, as for dogs, Emery is looking to possibly live as an only dog. In her previous home she was known to be possessive over her things and people with the other dog. She may be willing to have dog friends outside of the home, though!

Come on down with the whole family to meet Emery!
**Due to limited space in available dogs, Emery in available from back dogs. Please ask a staff member to see/ meet her**
