My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, Leia was taken in from another family that could no longer take care of her. Her previous family named her Leia because she reminded them of Ewoks from Star Wars. She is an Exotic Shorthair mixed with a Scottish Fold. Her previous home had her fully declawed. She has also previously lived with dogs.

Leia would be best in home that can provide her frequent attention. She is a senior cat that loves to be pet and will paw at you to continue giving her attention. She does require some extra attention due to both of her breeds. Her folded ears make it crucial for regular ear cleanings and the exotic shorthair makes her prone to breathing problems. She is often very stuffy and will sneeze due to her shortened nose. She does well with other cats.

I’m ultimately helping my parents rehome her as they are getting older and can no longer provide the extra attention she needs. I’m hoping to find her a forever home where she can live out her golden years.
