My name is Michelle (Sadie)!

Hi, I’m Michelle. I lived most of my life as an outside dog on a chain. I had a litter of pups sometime recently and I am only about 2 years old.

One day, I broke free from my chain and came to my foster Mom’s house. She took me in and let me live with my foster siblings. My owners decided not to take me back and that made me happy, because I love my new life.

My foster Mom worked with the local shelter to have me fixed, chipped, and vaccinated. I am ready for adoption and looking for a home by Christmas.

Things that make me special are I am very aware of emotions and like to comfort my Mom and other dogs when they are sad. Even though I’m young, I am very relaxed and enjoy sitting anytime my humans are relaxing. I am a sensitive girl and love to please my owners, so I learn easily and am obedient. I love other dogs and love to play with them, but I love humans more and would be okay as an only dog too.

All I want is to be loved and snuggled. I don’t even beg for food!
