Meet Mississippi!

Mississippi was found as a stray and brought to San Bernardino City Animal Shelter. After becoming a Frosted Face, she immediately became a volunteer favorite because she’s just so sweet, snuggly, and happy!

Mississippi loves going on our weekly group hikes and walks 3 miles on the trails full of tail wags and happy smiles. She sits on command, takes treats gently, has excellent leash manners, and no reactivity to other dogs or people.

It's clear that Mississippi was once someone's much-loved girl, and she's very ready to be in that role once again!

Mississippi just left on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we can learn more about her in a home setting.

Choose a Program: Review the chart below and determine the time commitment that works best for you.

Express Interest: Fill out the Placement Questionnaire as completely and thoughtfully as possible so we can understand your expectations.

Invitation: Within 24 hours a Placement Coordinator will email follow up responses and schedule an appointment for you to visit Frosted Faces Foundation!

a. You will be invited to bring your family and pets to introduce to the Frosted Faces to ensure compatibility. We can show you how a dog interacts with cats on loose leash while you are here!

b. If the match is not successful, the Frosted Face is always welcome to come back to FFF and you will be invited to meet others!
