My name is Zipper!

Zipper is the ultimate family dog. He was adopted from ARF in 2013 and has been with my family since then, watched my kids grow up and is absolutely the most loving dog in the world. In the last 18 months I've gone through a separation, my kids had to move out on their own and I had to sell my house. I'm now displaced and cannot keep my little buddy.

Zipper would be best as a single dog for a family who can take him for at least two walks per day and can spend the majority of their time with him. He loves to snuggle with his people watching TV and loves lazy days. He's very social and great with kids, other dogs and loves people. He will not do well with cats.
