How Big Z arrived:
Big Z was brought in by a community member on 11/8/24.

Here is an update on how Big Z is doing in foster:
Meet Big Z, a sweet and lovable pup currently soaking up love in his foster home! He's been doing great with the other dogs and has a gentle demeanor that will melt your heart. While Big Z is new to stairs, he's working on mastering them one step at a time-literally! If you're looking for a kind and endearing companion who's ready to learn and grow with you, Big Z is your guy!

This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Big Z is now ready for his new home!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
