Meta is a stray currently in foster care awaiting her forever home. She is about one year old, spayed and up to date on vaccines. Meta was picked up along the road in Meta, KY as her foster mom was driving home from a trip. She is sweet, lovable, and ready to find her family. If you're interested in adopting Meta, her fee is $150 with an approved application.

Our hours are Monday-Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 12-3, Thursday and Sunday Closed.

More about this shelter

Our shelter is staffed by only a few employees so we greatly depend on volunteers to help care for our animals.
We work very closely with rescue groups to help move our dogs out of the shelter quickly. Our goal is to never have to euthanize for space. We cannot do that without rescue assistance because our adoption rates are very low.
