My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pippi is all that her name indicates. She is full of pep, liveliness and independence. She was found on her own in the street at only 5 weeks old. She quickly adapted to indoor living with other dogs big and small. She plays hard and naps in her foster mom`s lap. She sleeps alone in her crate and is coming along with housetraining. At first we thought she was a chihuahua but we really don`t know. At her estimated age of 7 weeks she weighed almost 6 pounds. Pippi is such a fun pretty puppy and is ready to find her forever home. More about this rescue

S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition works to promote adoption through new adoption events, more public exposure of pets for adoption, and help the public make a good match with an adoptable animal.
Rescue groups work very hard to save animals every day, often using their own money, sacrificing time with family etc. We have animals from shelters and the streets of Houston that are now adoptable pets and we area helping these animals find permanent, loving homes.
We are all volunteer and no funds are spent for salaries, benefits etc. All money goes directly to the rescue group or their animals.
