Josie was found abandoned at the door of a Miami dog rescue. They took her in and found her a foster home because she was very scared at first. She is a beautiful dilute calico girl about 5 months old.
Over the past few months, she has come out of her shell at home and loves to play with toys and the other cats. She is a purring loving kitty once she has a little time to get comfortable. She has not been around dogs yet but likes every cat she meets. Is Josie the kitty for you?

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
