Hershey (formerly Ethel) was rescued from a Pickens County shelter after being surrendered as part of a hoarding case with 18 other dogs living in deplorable conditions. Hershey is a shy and nervous little girl who gains confidence around other dogs. She would do best in a calm and quiet home preferably without small children. Hershey is crate and house trained.
