Bertie is a 15 year old, 9 lb. Chihuahua mix.
Bertie may be 15 years old, but she is healthy and young at heart! She enjoys the quiet life and would love to find a person or family who enjoys relaxing and wants to welcome the ultimate lap dog into their home! Bertie does enjoy being outside and would love to have a small yard to explore, but at heart she is a professional couch potato and would be happiest snuggling on a couch or in a mound of fluffy blankets. Bertie has excellent house manners and can be left uncrated when you are gone. She is 100% potty trained, and crate trained too! She would do best with older, considerate kids or in an adult-only home because of her age and energy level. She is very loving and hopes that someone gives this "golden lady" a loving place to live out her years. She promises to shower you with love and affection!
Comprehensive details are provided in the dog's description. To ensure a smooth process, please submit a completed application through our website at: http://crisisdogsnc.org/dog-adoption/. All assessments regarding breed and age are conducted by licensed veterinarians. We look forward to assisting you in finding your perfect canine companion!
