It’s Waffles! Waffles looks just as scrumptious as his name implies. He’s a sweet boy who has slowly come out of his shell…and straight into a box! This is the most cat of cats because he absolutely adores boxes. When he warms up, he’ll climb up his little cat tree, zoom through cat tunnels and catch toy mice, but once you bring out that cardboard box, he’ll be the first to jump in and pounce around.

Of his siblings, Butters and Maple, Waffles is the most independent, but he would still like to be included in your activities. He may need a little more encouragement than the siblings, and he will need to be adopted either with one of them or to a home with another young cat who can help him be more brave. Waffles has lived with kittens and adult cats, and even three dogs! So he would be a great fit for even a busy household as long as he has a safe, quiet place to go recharge when he’s feeling overwhelmed.

This little fella will fall asleep at your feet and rub up to you for some free scritches. He enjoys a good Churu like most cats, but he’s the perfect little gentleman when he eats, and his tidiness just adds to his charm. Waffles has got the power to melt your heart. You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
