Take the Pet Home
This helps Loved At Last Dog Rescue with pet care costs.
Hi everyone, My name is Joobi. Here is a little info about me:
Breed: Wheaten Terrier mix
Age: 2 years
Gender: Female
Weight: 14 kg
Highlights: sweet, easy-going, gentle
Everyone who meets me says I am just about the sweetest girl they have ever met. That is probably because I love every dog and human I meet. I am a very gentle soul who wants nothing more than to spread the joy I feel to everyone I meet.
I was born on the streets of a middle eastern city where I was rescued at the age of three months. I was placed into a shelter but that closed recently due to a lack of funds. Fortunately I was able to find a foster home. But they can’t keep me much longer so I am urgently in need of an adoptive home.
Perhaps the word that describes me best is kind. I have never met a person or a dog I didn’t like: https://youtu.be/WWgvA_f317s?si=DuMllUzM55lV2uVa. And I also very much enjoy the company of cats and kids. My easy going nature doesn’t end there. I am not picky about my food, love swimming and never chew anything I shouldn’t. Needless to say, I am well suited to any loving home.
Energy Level: moderate
I get along with:
Dogs: yes
Cats: yes
Kids: unknown, rescuer states yes, but no video proof.
Fears: I am cautious when approaching new dogs for the first time, but once they show they are friendly I am more than happy to engage in play with them. Please be patient assisting me in my transition.
Training:
Leash skills: yes. Please be prepared to continue training.
House trained: yes. Please help me learn where to go in my new home.
Health notes:
I have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
My adoption fee is $800 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a flight volunteer directly to Vancouver.

Take the Pet Home
As adopters of overseas dogs will be taking their dog home from the airport, they have a couple of weeks to decide if the dog is a fit.
