Bio: This is Shadow. She is a domestic short hair about 6 months old and was fostered with her siblings Zack (male) and Zoe (female). She is all black with green eyes and has a small white spot on her lower belly. She is the smallest one out of all her siblings. She is also the shyest of the bunch. Even though Shadow is shy, she likes to be petted just a little when she is getting her cat treats. Her shyness does not stop her from playing with her siblings, sleeping on the bed with her foster family, and hanging out with the other adult cats in the house. Her favorite toys are stuffed mouse toys, paper bags, and the cardboard cat scratcher. She is also an acrobat when she is jumping up and down the cat tree. Shadow loves to chase after her siblings and would do well if she were adopted with one of them. Other than her shyness Shadow will make a nice house cat. She has a hardy appetite, eating both dry and wet food – any variety. She uses the litter box, and takes a nap every day. She was found with her siblings behind a dumpster in Setauket.

All of our cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, negative for FIV/FELV (unless noted), dewormed, flea treated and microchipped.
Adoptions are first come first serve. We do not hold cats or kittens. You must be approved to adopt in order to schedule a meet and greet with any of our adoptable cats or kittens.
Kittens under the age of 8 weeks are available for pre-adoption.
Our cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Kittens under 8 weeks of age can be pre-adopted. After filling out an adoption application, if approved to adopt we can schedule a virtual or in person meet and greet. In order to pre-adopt you will leave an adoption donation deposit fee and fill out a pre-adoption agreement to hold them until their adoption date which will be 3-5 days after they are spayed/neutered. All adoption applications and pre-adoptions are first come first serve.
