This helps Carolina Coonhound Rescue with pet care costs.
Beans is a stunning boy and he hears how handsome he is every time his foster mom takes him for a walk. While he has a lot of energy, he's a gentle soul when meeting toddlers. He's still a bit shy at first when meeting people but warms up fairly quickly. Beans enjoys going for walks (working on leash training), car rides, chilling with some squeaky toys or a bully bone, and snuggling with his foster sister. Beans can be vocal when he's ready to eat (he is underweight so just making sure no one forgets to feed him) or to get his foster mom's attention. He is crate and house trained. He is a gem!
**This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application. We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter. If you have further questions about this dog, please email us at ccradopt@gmail.com and someone will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to hold dogs for adopters as this ties up valuable foster homes.
Please understand that we are an all volunteer group and we have jobs outside of this organization. We do our best to provide quick responses but occasionally they are a little slower. If you do not receive a response in 48 hours, please resend to make sure it's received.
