My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Oliver – A Gentle Papillon in Need of a Loving Home!

Oliver is an 12-year-old Papillon who deserves a fresh start with a family who will love and cherish him. He came to us with Pixie as an owner surrender because his person is now in hospice care. Unfortunately, due to his owner’s dementia, Oliver experienced some neglect before coming into our care.

Now, Oliver is safe with us and getting all the love and attention he missed. He’s a very sweet boy, though a little timid as he adjusts to all the changes in his life. With patience and kindness, we know Oliver will thrive and become a loyal, loving companion.

✨ Oliver’s Perfect Match:
A calm and loving home
Someone patient to help him build confidence
A family ready to show him the love he truly deserves

Important Information for Adopters:
Oliver is available for adoption, but please note we do not transport our dogs. Approved adopters must travel to us to bring him home.  Also, Oliver is not potty trained and will need someone comfortable with working on this with him.

More about this rescue

We bring in the senior dogs and medically needy dogs.
We are a small rescue making a difference in the world. No dog deserves to dumped in a shelter after giving their entire life to a family.

I had locked myself away from the world back in 2010. I saw this tiny ShihTzu on the news that had been saved from a puppy mill bust. I adopted Princess Reagan Marie and she saved my life. I wanted to help other dogs so I started fostering. In May 2021 I open my rescue.
